Rochelle Amour is an award-winning researcher and advocacy specialist with over a decade of experience in ageing, mental health, and policy development. Her work spans empirical studies, program design, and communications, always evidence-based, always holistic.
Rochelle has co-authored major reports such as Sun, Sand and Sustainability – The Way Forward for Caribbean Tourism, and contributed to projects on long-term care and mental health in Jamaica, Trinidad and London. At Mastering Excellent Service Ltd., Rochelle leads the strategic development and design of training sessions, guiding participants in communication and wellbeing practices that foster stronger, safer workplace cultures. With keen insight, Rochelle identifies team dynamics and recommends approaches for meaningful, long-term impact. Rochelle is also a certified non-fiction writer with the National Registry of Artists and Cultural Workers, T&T.
