Programs range between 5 days and 3 weeks (weekends are excluded). Content is aligned with your entity's vision and training goals. Required investment is based on location, size of team, desired time frame, program scope and duration. Once we understand your needs, we design a tailored proposal.
Ownership and/or executive leadership should join this call. A clear sense of the challenges, budget, vision and goals for this training is best to determine how we can serve you.
Mastering Excellent Service is based in Jamaica. We've worked with partners in over a half-dozen Caribbean countries, and are always open to supporting new teams.
Mastering Excellent Service's training programs are accredited by the Master Butler Collecion - the international industry accreditation body for Butlers and Household Managers.
Training is conducted on site at your property. This ensures your team learns in their own environment, and that any recommendations made can be feasibly implemented.
Our programs are led by internationally qualified, experienced consultants. Programs include service assessment; key training materials and post-training support.
At this time, we only offer in-person training, conducted in English. Once per year, we host a Butler Service Training Program open to all interested individuals. Join us on Instagram for updates.
