Chef Williams is the former Executive Chef at Jewel Grande Montego Bay and ROK Hotel, and is a two-time recipient of the Jamaica Observer Table Talk Food Awards’ Chef of the Year award. He is known as a fusion gastronomist, blending Caribbean flavours with global influences for memorable dining experiences.
