A published author and certified Transformational Trainer, Conroy is known for his interactive, hands-on sessions that deliver practical results and measurable improvements in customer satisfaction. Conroy has held senior roles at award-winning properties in Jamaica, and is known for his youth mentorship program and his work with Mobay City Run, an award-winning education charity. Recognised nationally, Conroy was named Jamaica’s Tourism Service Excellence National Champion and JHTA Manager of the Year (2018). He is also an AHLEI Certified Hospitality Trainer and youth mentor.
