Rochelle Amour (MSc) is an award-winning mental health researcher and communications specialist with over a decade of experience in ageing and policy development. Rochelle has co-authored major reports, including the only international publication on Mental Health in Caribbean Hospitality, as well as Sun, Sand and Sustainability – The Way Forward for Caribbean Tourism. She has also contributed to projects on long-term care, brain health and dementia in Jamaica, Trinidad and the UK. At Mastering Excellent Service Ltd., Rochelle supports strategic project planning and execution of The Collective. She also guides participants in professional development and mental health awareness for more effective workplace cultures. Rochelle is also a certified non-fiction writer with the National Registry of Artists and Cultural Workers, T&T.
